Q: HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
A: ONCE YOU PURCHASE YOUR SERVICE OF CHOICE AND FILL OUT THE REQUIRED FIELDS AT CHECKOUT THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGINS. PLEASE REFER TO THE SERVICE FOR TURNAROUND TIMES. THERE WILL NOT BE MUCH COMMUNICATION FROM THE DESIGNER ONCE PURCHASE IS MADE BUT YOU CAN REST ASSURED THAT YOUR DESIGN IS BEING WORKED ON.
Q: CAN THE DESIGNER CALL ME ABOUT MY DESIGN?
A: UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO TIME SPENT DESIGNING AND POLICIES & PROCEDURES ALL COMMUNICATION IS HANDLED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL; NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE MADE. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MORE ASSISTANCE ABOUT YOUR BRAND OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGN PROCESS YOU MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION CALL.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY DESIGN?
A: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN RENDERED. WE DO HOWEVER, GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SATISFIED. EACH SERVICE INCLUDES REVISIONS.
Q: I EMAILED YOU ALL BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE YET
A: WE WILL RESPOND TO ALL EMAILS WITHIN 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS. MAJORITY OF THE TIME IS SPENT WORKING ON DESIGNS
Q: MY TURNAROUND TIME IS GETTING CLOSE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DESIGN
A: UNLESS SOMETHING DIFFERENT WAS COMMUNICATED WITH YOU, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR DESIGN WITHIN THE PROMISED TURNAROUND TIME LISTED IN THE SERVICE DESCRIPTION. PLEASE ALLOW THE FULL TURNAROUND TIME BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT YOUR DESIGN.
